Yashwit Shetty

Yashwit founded Scaleman with a simple belief: field sales teams deserve better tools. With a background in sales and business development across multiple domains — from industrial distribution to technology — he spent years working across start-ups, seeing firsthand how reps were stuck managing visits on paper, sending quotes over WhatsApp, and reporting to managers through spreadsheets. Frustrated by the gap between how sales actually happens in the field and what CRMs were built for, he set out to build Scaleman — a mobile-first platform that gives field reps everything they need to close faster, from GPS-verified check-ins and instant quotations to ERP - synced order tracking and real-time dashboards.Yashwit founded Scaleman after years in field sales, watching teams lose deals to poor follow-ups, manual quotations, and disconnected data. With a background in sales operations and enterprise software, he spent a decade building tools that looked good on dashboards but failed reps in the field. So he set out to build something different — a mobile-first CRM that puts GPS-verified visits, instant quotations, and ERP-connected reporting in the hands of every sales rep, not just the managers.
